Discounts

I am pleased to offer the following discounts as a token of appreciation:

  • Veteran/Military Discount: 15% off your service.
  • FCPS Teacher Discount: 15% off your service.
  • Referral Discount: Receive 15% off your next service when you refer a friend who books with me.

Note: Discounts cannot be combined and must be mentioned at the time of booking.

Fees

To provide exceptional service to all clients, the following fees apply:

  • Late Cancellation Fee: $40
    • Applies to cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled event, except in cases of illness or emergency (see Illness Policy).
  • Late Payment Fee: $50 per day
    • Applies to payments not made within 24 hours after the event.

Fees are non-negotiable and ensure fairness and respect for all clients and my schedule.

Payment Policy

To secure your appointment and ensure a smooth process, the following payment terms apply:

  • Non-Refundable Retainer: A retainer (deposit) of 25% of the total service cost is required to confirm your booking. This retainer secures your appointment and is non-refundable.
  • Remaining Balance: The remaining balance is due at the time of service.
  • Rescheduling Due to Illness or Injury:
    • In the event of a cancellation due to illness or injury, your retainer will not be refunded but may be applied toward a future appointment.

Failure to pay within the stated time frame will result in the application of a Late Payment Fee.

Illness Policy

Your health and safety are my priority!

  • I am unable to perform services on anyone who has open or healing wounds, sores, lice, or any visible signs of illness.
  • If you or anyone in your household is feeling unwell, please notify me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. 
  • If I am unwell, I will notify you immediately and work with you to reschedule your appointment or arrange a suitable alternative.
  • For illness or injury-related cancellations, the retainer will not be refunded but can be applied toward a future appointment.

This policy is in place to protect both clients and myself while ensuring everyone feels comfortable and safe during their service.

Additional Notes

  • Discounts and fees are subject to change and are effective upon booking.
  • Please communicate any changes, cancellations, or payment concerns as soon as possible to avoid additional fees.
  • All of my policies are thoroughly covered in my contract which you will receive if you choose to book my services. I require a contract for booking to ensure price transparency and so you, as the Client, have peace of mind in knowing you are booking with a trusted professional.
